Privacy policy
This policy covers the publisher website at nomly.space and Nomly’s private publishing tools. Each app has its own product-specific policy.
1. Website visitors
The public marketing pages do not require an account and currently load no advertising or page-view analytics script. Firebase Hosting necessarily processes ordinary web-request data such as IP address, requested URL, user agent and timestamps to deliver and protect the site.
2. Project enquiries
When you submit the project form, we receive the name, contact address and message you provide. A Google Cloud/Firebase endpoint processes the submission so we can reply. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, medical records or other sensitive material in the brief.
We keep enquiry data only for communication, project evaluation, security and any resulting business relationship.
3. Internal TikTok publishing
Nomly maintains a private TikTok Content Posting API integration for accounts operated by Nomly. Its OAuth scopes can read basic profile data for the connected operator account and publish prepared videos. Access tokens are stored in Google Cloud infrastructure and are not offered as a service to public users.
4. App-specific data
Dream, Elara, PAW, MedScan and Sign PDF publish separate privacy policies on their product sites. Puri also has a pre-release privacy policy. Those policies describe the actual SDKs, storage and product data flows for each app and take precedence for app use.
5. Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal data. We use service providers only to host the site, deliver enquiries and operate explicitly described internal tools. Retention depends on the purpose, provider settings, security needs and applicable legal obligations.
6. Your choices
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable obligations. Email hello@nomly.space.
