Website terms
These terms govern nomly.space and public interaction with the Nomly publisher website. They are not a substitute for a project agreement or an app’s own terms.
1. Publisher website
Nomly presents released products, pre-release status where explicitly labelled, development services and first-party tools. Product availability, versions and store status can change after the review date shown on the site.
2. Project enquiries
Submitting a brief does not create a contract, reserve development capacity or guarantee acceptance. Scope, price, schedule, ownership, support and external costs must be agreed separately in writing before work begins.
3. App-specific terms
Use of Dream, Elara, PAW, MedScan, Sign PDF or Puri is governed by the terms presented for that product and by Apple’s applicable terms. Product-specific terms take precedence for the app.
4. Internal integrations
TikTok and other internal publishing integrations are restricted to authorized Nomly operators. They are not a public account-connection service. Platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
5. Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the website, abuse its endpoints, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person or attempt unauthorized access. Automated use must respect applicable law and the service providers’ rules.
6. Availability and liability
The website is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Nomly is not responsible for indirect loss resulting from temporary unavailability, reliance on outdated product status or misuse of the site. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
