1. About Nomly Apps
Nomly Apps ("we", "our", "Nomly") is an indie iOS app publisher operating a portfolio of mobile applications including Dream Diary, PAW, MedScan, PDFSign, and Calories. These Terms govern your use of the nomly.space website and any first-party tools or integrations published under the Nomly Apps brand.
2. Accepting these Terms
By accessing nomly.space or interacting with any Nomly Apps integration (including TikTok publishing tooling), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Account & Authorized Use
Access to Nomly Apps internal tooling (such as our TikTok content publishing integration) is limited to authorized operators of the Nomly Apps brand. Third-party access requires written permission. Automated access must comply with platform partners' terms (TikTok Developer Terms, Apple App Store Guidelines, etc.).
4. TikTok Integration
Where Nomly Apps connects to TikTok via the TikTok Developer Platform (Content Posting API, Display API), we use OAuth 2.0 authorization to publish video content and read public metadata for our own connected TikTok account. We do not connect or store credentials for TikTok accounts that are not owned by Nomly Apps. The integration is governed additionally by TikTok's Terms of Service and the TikTok API Services Agreement.
5. Acceptable Use
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated abuse of our endpoints.
- No unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content via Nomly Apps tooling.
- No infringement of third-party rights or platform policies.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, code, designs, and copy on nomly.space are the intellectual property of Nomly Apps unless otherwise noted. Trademarks of third parties (TikTok, Apple, etc.) belong to their respective owners.
7. Disclaimer & Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomly Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective" date above.
