RITE terms of use

1. Fitness and safety

RITE provides general fitness and educational content, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency monitoring. Exercise involves risk. Use appropriate space and equipment, follow on-screen safety guidance, stop if you feel pain, dizziness or unusual discomfort, and seek qualified medical advice when appropriate. Camera counts, distance, energy and other estimates may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be used for medical decisions.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for accurate, lawful content submitted through it. Do not share reviewer or test credentials, impersonate others, bypass access controls or use RITE in a way that harms the service or another person. You may delete your RITE account in the app. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription and may not erase records Apple or Nomly must retain for transactions, fraud prevention or legal obligations.

3. Free access, energy and RITE Premium

Some RITE features use energy or other access limits. RITE Premium provides the benefits shown on the purchase screen, including unlimited energy while the subscription entitlement is active. Premium does not automatically unlock separately priced creator challenges.

Monthly and annual Premium plans are auto-renewable subscriptions. The App Store shows the current price and billing period before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it through RITE’s Manage Subscription action or your Apple Account settings. Restoring purchases is available in RITE.

4. Paid creator challenges

A creator challenge may require a separate one-time Challenge Pass at the price tier shown before purchase. A pass is consumed only for the challenge you explicitly select and does not become a recurring subscription. Access terms, included content and the creator are shown before redemption. Except where the purchase screen expressly says otherwise, one paid creator challenge does not unlock another.

Purchases and refunds are processed by Apple and remain subject to Apple’s rules. If Apple revokes or refunds a transaction, the corresponding pass or challenge entitlement may be removed. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Challenge and community content

Challenge schedules, exercises, creator programs and availability may change to correct safety, legal or technical issues. Community areas are for relevant, lawful activity updates and reactions. Do not post harassment, hate, threats, explicit content, spam, unlawful material, personal health records or content you do not have the right to share. We may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users and the service.

6. Your media and sharing

You retain ownership of content you create. When you publish content to a RITE community, you give Nomly a limited licence to host, display and process it only as needed to operate RITE. When you export a workout card or video to another app, that app’s terms and privacy practices apply.

7. Availability and liability

RITE is provided as available. We work to preserve paid entitlements and progress, but network, device, sensor, App Store and third-party service failures can temporarily interrupt features. To the extent permitted by law, Nomly is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by misuse, unsafe exercise, inaccurate sensor estimates or temporary unavailability. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
